3. Initiating a Dispute To initiate a dispute, the business owner or guarantor must submit a written request via mail or electronically to HL Hunt. The request must include the following:
- Business name and contact information
- Business credit report reference number (if applicable)
- Specific details of the disputed item(s), including supporting documentation
- Explanation of why the information is believed to be inaccurate or incorrect
